Hello Vrinda, the area will appreciate no doubt but whether to buy as invetsment or end useis dependant on the factors like your place of work... you cannot be staing here and working in Delhi or gurgaon as the distance os too much... but if youare working in the nearby area..you can surely go for end use....

This place will surely get good rentals..if you are looking for invetsments... the japanese zoneis nearby and so are many industries... hero moto corp and its vendors are moving here bringing almost 10-20 k employees.. and currently there are a handful of project that have completed and so there is high demand...

Yea... rentals for 2 bhks semi furnished are in a range of Rs20-25000 rs here and there is a huge demand and the supply is comparetively very less...

Well vrinda, this is an under construction low rise apartments from the known builder Eldeco and is a good to invest property... the Current prices are around Rs 2850-Rs 3450 per sqft.

Hello vrinda.. you can invest here no doubt there will be much appreciation in future as the place is adjoining the japanese zone and then the builder too is quite reputed. the only problem if at all it can be considered one is that this is on the sector roads that is about half a km away from the NH8.

Yea vrinda, this is nearing completion and only the finishing work is left which is ongoing.. thepossession most probably willbe by the year end..and so this is good if you have plans to invest lumpsum now and do not need much time to payments...
