@Jackie: Madhavaram is a neat and clean environment filled with lot of greenery and privacy which would surely attract any one who has the liking for the same. The expected completion date will be by dec 2015.

Hello Shyam, units such as 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 29.60L - Rs. 43.27L for 650 - 950 sq.ft, for 3bhk will be Rs. 47.82L - Rs. 50.10L for 1050 - 1100 sq.ft . Which one are you planning to buy ?

Guys Madhavaram is fast growing urban city and part of Chennai even though it is in Thiruvallur district. It is under Chennai Corporation and under Chennai police control. Real estate business is growing like any thing in this area.
