Hello Vineet, I came to know that the project is being approved by MHADA. It is a redevelopment that is taking place. The project has G+1 commercial+2 podium parking +22 residential towers. Excellently connected by train. Goregaon station is just 10 minutes walk and proposed Oshiwara station is only 2 minutes walk from the project. Buses run by BEST, taxis and autos are the other modes of public transport available from Kaushal Elegence.
Hi, What are the flats available in this project and its rate. How much is the builder quoting per sqft? Is the project being approved and what about its connectivity as I have plan of booking a unit in this project.
Hi Deepankar, The project has 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK comes to about 64.12 lakh and has an area measuring 675 sqft. 2 BHK comes with 875 sqft and are priced at Rs. 91.87 lakhs. The prices quoted are excluding registration and other Govt charges. The builder is charging Rs. 9500-10500 as the current rate per sqft.
Hey Sankalp, I heard from the executive with whom i had a chat said that the project will be launched in coming April as they are still waiting for the sanction and approval from the clearance board. Mostly the possession is likely by Dec 2016.
