In fact the builder of this project is offering some good amenities like garden, children play area, swimming pool, 100% power backup, 24/7 security, tennis court, well equipped gym and also has RWH.

Hello, this project is looking really good. Anyone knows what are the amenities they are providing with this. As you are providing information about the semi modular kitchen can you olease provide information about amenities also.

Hi Sunil,
Planning to book a 1 BHK flat in this project. Any banks providing loans as I have to book the flat through applying for loan. What is the current rate per sqft the builder is quoting ? When can I expect the possession of the flats?

Hello,
Heard that several public and private sector banks like HDFC, PNB, Canara Bank, Syndicate bank, ICICI and LIC Housing Finance have approved for loan for this project. The builder is charging Rs. 9300 as the present rate per sqft. Also came to know that the possession will be by March 2017.

Hey Suresh,
I got to know that the apartments have 1 and 2 BHK units. The area for 1 BHK comes to about 570 sqft and costs approx 53 lakhs. 2 BHK has an area measuring about 800 sqft and are priced at Rs. 74.40 lakhs. These prices does not include registration, stamp duty and other Govt charges.

Hi Vinay,
I too have booked a 1 BHK flat in this project. In fact the kitchen comes with semi- modular design. It has steel sink with drain board. It also has a provision for exhaust fan. It comes with granite counter top platform and has adequate storage space in form of shelves and lofts. The kitchen also has adequate electrical points for microwave oven and fridge.
