Hello, Came to know that the project has taken off in Nov 2013 itself and construction work is in full swing. Most likely one can expect the possession by Dec 2015. It seems that the flats have 1,1.5, 2 and 3 BHK units. 1 BHK have an area ranging from 600-625 sqft and costs Rs. 18-19.4 lakhs. 1.5 BHK have an area ranging 896 sqft and are priced at Rs. 27.20 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area of 900-950 sqft and are priced at Rs. 28-29.40 lakhs and 3 BHK costs approx 38.3 lakhs which have an area ranging from 1200-1236 sqft.
