@Pranab: Hey ...Gachibowli is an excellent locality. It is home to a number of MNCs, IT companies, healthcare, hospitality, and banking institutions like Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, Hyatt, Continental Hospitals, ICICI, etc. It has an easy access to the Outer Ring Road that provides a traffic-free commute to the International Airport. It is within 5 km of the Oakridge International School and Delhi Public School.

@Pranab: The stretch between Gachibowli to Shamshabad is becoming an investment hotspot. The complete stretch has become one of the most preferred localities for real estate development.Also The Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is adding more value to this stretch. Several developments are in queue at this stretch. This stretch also offers good connectivity to other parts of the city.

Gachibowli is the well known place of Hyderabad and all major amenities like schools, colleges and hospitals etc., are nearby. Road connectivity is also good. Gachibowli has grown into a software hub for companies operating from Hyderabad. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,600.

Hey Dhananjay, Adityas Paramount Heights is located in Gachibowli. Gachibowli is a very nice locality. It is well connected with International airport and easy access to IT companies in Gachibowli Financial district, easy access to Mehdipatnam Rythu Bazaar, ATM's, schools and hospitals etc.
