The Adithya Paramount Heights is a 2 block project and each of these 2 blocks have 9 floors in each block. I think they have around 126 units in total. But there still is a lot of time left for the possession of these apartments, they start from June 2016.

I think that 3,900 rupees per sq ft is quite a justified price for apartments in Tellapur as it is one of the most prominent areas in the city. And ifyou want to invest in here, I think this would be the right time as the price is this area is about to go up in the future, and also many other developements are happening in the Tellapur area like the upcoming Tellapur Sattelite Township.

There are different sizes in the 3 bhk units that are for sale in here. The size starts from 1655 sq ft and the maximum size is 2080 sq ft. So they seem pretty spacious.

This project is offering you some 3 bhk apartments for sale. and the price in these apartments starst from 64 lakhs and they go up till 81 lakhs or so. The price per sq ft for the apartments in here is Rs 3,900 rupees per sq ft.

The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3900 as of now. Gachibowli is an excellent locality. It is home to a number of MNCs, IT companies, healthcare, hospitality, and banking institutions like Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, Hyatt, Continental Hospitals, ICICI, etc. It has an easy access to the Outer Ring Road that provides a traffic-free commute to the International Airport. It is within 5 km of the Oakridge International School and Delhi Public School. Investing in this area can be fruitful :)
