Hi friends!!
One thing which i cam to know about this project that phase-1 is completely sold out and area they stated is only 4.4 acres out of 13.76 acres and remaining land would be used for a different project and buyers of first phase would have no rights to common facilities built in remaining lands.

Similarly with amenities, they have promised but they haven't mentioned same in BBA at all. I am really confused of it. Can anyone provide some inputs on it?

Yes, project was originally marketed as having an area of 13.76 acres but now this project has been limited to phase-1 only which means it would be limited to only 4.4 acres. So called remaining lands would be used for a different project. Builder has promised something and it has mentioned something else in BBA such as 1) Loading is 30%, 2) Project was marketed as having luxury specification with a premium modular kitchen with chimney and hob. In BBA, all it mentions is a provision for chimney.. There is no mention of 'Hob' at all, 3) They had mentioned Split ACs in all bedrooms. BBA does mention ACs, hopefully they do mean Split ACs and not.

Hello... Will Bank loans be available for this project?? which all banks are sure to give and till what percentage?

Well samar, all major banks like HDFC,ICICI,SBi,LIC,India bulls are known to give upto 80%loan and there are more banks as well.. im sure that most banks are ready to take interest in this project for teh builder reputation and also im sure that all the paper works are inplace so there wont be any problem in aranging for loan.

Hey gautam, this is one of the new launches by Godrej and is quite in demand property as the builder commands quite a lot of reputation in the market. This project is under soft launch. The price of a 1300sqft 2 Bhk is Rs 6500/sqft and all inclusive will come to round about 1 Cr.

Hi...he is right.. but you have choices of 2 bhk+study, 3 bhk, 3bhk+ study as well as 4bhks... the prelaunch price is around Rs 6500 and when launched the company plans to launch at a min price of Rs 7000/sqft....so if you are really interested book now.

well the size of 2 bhk sis 1300-1500sqft, 3bhks are of 1700-2000 sqft and 4bhks in 2900-3000sqft. the location is quite good as this is around 500meters off the Dwarka expresssway, good coonectivity from pataudi raos as well... i dont think much amenities are being provided except probably security...

Hi... this is being planned in 13 acres of land and has 5 towers ..some are G+17 while otehr s are aG+14... the project has got all relevant approvals...
