Well Sayatani, the project is just strting construction with work on teh boundary wall ongoing.it will take another 3 years for the project to be completed.. the locationis quite goos as near the office of hero moto coro and the EPIP zone at neemrana..schools like Raath international school and hospital slike kailash hospital is nearby and so is the RIICo industrial area....overall good invetment.
Hey, i would like to add that the company expects around 15% annual returns from the property for the investors and also since there is shortage of housing at present in neemrana, quite high rentals are foreseen..
Hi Indranil, the project is good and from a builder who has made a name for itself in the market...Siang Infratech. On offer in these are studio apartments as well as shops and office spaces.. Upto the 3rd floor shops and office s and planned and there after around 400 units of studio apartments..
Well as far as I am aware, the government approvals and paperworks are all in place.. talks are ongoing with banks like HDFC and LIC for loans.. the papaers are expected to be processed soon and hopefully for 70% of the amount.
