Hi,
as per my knowledge neemrana prime view is going to complete in next year march 2015. i think it is better to go and visit the site personally for exact position. builder is good so he will give proper information.

Hello Aloke, as far as i think , the project is quite good especially in terms of location as it is hardly 2 kms from the NH8 and has a magnificient view of the Neemrana fort... it is also equidistant from the Japanese Zone and has all facilities nearby..even the market is just walking distance.

Yes Aloke, i was looking to invest and was speaking to a couple of brokers... i was quoted a price of around 13 L for a 1 bhks of size 560sqft and a 2 bhk of 860sqft will be available for around Rs 19L.

Yes, Union bank of India is financingthis with upto 85% loans and the other paperwork is also in place...
