Hi Priyanka, Yes, it is a single building and having G+13 storeys. There are 168 units in it. Lift is required for more than 4 storeys but as it has 13 storeys so they are providing two lifts one general lifts and other is stretcher. So it is quite sufficient seeing the no of units.
Thanks for the advice, As it has only 1/2BHK options so the prices are quite economically? How much they are quoting at present? can i get a brief details of the units and their area ranges?
Your welcome, Yes, the prices are quite affordable as it has 1BHK in 690-695 sq.ft and 2BHK in 985-1090 sq.ft whereas the price is Rs. 4800/sq.ft + additional charges. It cost between 33.12-52.32 lacs onward.
One more question Washim, What about the connectivity of the project? How is the basic amenities from the project site? Can i get a brief idea of this locality?
Well Priyanka, It is located in the fast developing area of Ambegaon and very close to Katraj. It is well connected with the inner city by road and Swargate is just 10 mins away from the project site. Mumbai-Bangalore Bypass, Sinhagad Road, Kothrud and Karve Road are in its close proximity. Some educational institutions such as Bharti Vidyapeeth College and Poddar School in wonderful proximity to your home. Apart from that shopping malls, multiplexes and hospitals are very close by.
Hi Rohit, Me too was planning to buy a property of this project but it is over my budget. But i had a discussion with their sales person about the project and found that they are giving possession of this project in April'2015.
