I search a property which is in Grampanchayat sanction not TP sanction. In Future can we take sanction of TP?
Q: I search a property which is in Grampanchayat area veru near to Pune katraj. The property builder said that this is clear 7-12 Plots and 5th floor building is ready but sanctioned by Gram Panchayat. Is this property will able to convert in TP sanction?

Hi Shweta, Contact Gram Panchayat... as they are the main authority to give you construction permission. You need to submit plans to Gram Panchayat and take the permission and I think it is very easy to take permission from the Gram Panchayat for construction purpose.
Hi Pravin, Yes you can convert Grampanchayat land into TP sanction. For this, you have to file an application in Gram Panchayat and take necessary permission.
