Hi Sunil,
It sounds good that before investing your hard earned money you are deciding for a site visit. Atleast you got some knowledge about the locality.
If you are coming via Pune Central then you have to choose either bus or auto ricksha. If you have your own conveyance then you need to reach Katras Kondwa Road or Khadi Machine from there ask somebody for the Undri Jagat Market. Handewadi is just one and half kms from there. if you have any contact no of their sales executive call them & visit the site as well as the locality.

Has the project got all the approval by the concern department? Which are the financial institutions offering loan for this project? When is the expected date of possession?

Hi Piyush,
It is PMC approved project and got all the approval related to the project "Janki Golden Nest".
HDFC, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., SBI and ICICI are the leding bankers who are offering loan for this property.

As i had a conversation with them and found that they are giving possession of this project December'2015.

Well Piyush,
The location of Janki Golden Nest is a special plus point as it connects with the several IT Hub such as the SEZs at Magarpatta City and Fursungi IT Park. It is well connected by buses to the rest of the city. It is also close to the BRT route.
It is around 8 to 10 km from Pune Central Railway Station and Magarpatta being only one km away from Hadapsar makes a hot spot for working people of this locality.
