When can I expect the completion date of the project ??? When was the project launched ?? Are they quoting negotiations ?

@Pranab: The expected completion date will be by feb 2016. The project was launched by feb 2014. Yes, they are also quoting slight negotiations..

@Balwinder: Ayapakkam is a suburb in the Thirukazhukundram Taluk, and it falls under the jurisdiction of Kanchipuram district. It is surrounded by Perambakkam, Aminjikkarai, Vanagaram and Poonthandalam. There are direct buses from T Nagar and Ambattur Estate straight to Ayapakkam. It will be good for investments as well, as it is a developing area.

Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ? What will be the price per sq ft rate ?

@Pranab: Banks such as HDFC, ICICI, Axis bank have approvals for home loans. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,800 - 4,000.

Hello Priya, all units such as 1bhk, 2bhk is available. The price for 1bhk would be around Rs 22 lakhs but its already sold out. The 2bhk will be around Rs 36 to 38 lakhs for 755 - 958 sq ft.
