Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ? How is the connectivity there ?

@Himani: Banks such as HDFC, Axis, SBI, India bulls, Banks of india, have approvals for home loans in this project. There are buses from Ambattur Estate to Poonamallee which stop at this locality. It can be reached through Maduravoyal, Poonamallee and Vanagaram.

Which all units are available ?? I am looking for 3bhk. Can you tell me thr current price details of the units available in this project ?

@Himani: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be around 50 lakhs for 953 - 1060 sq ft but it is already sold out. The price for 3bhk will be Rs 95 lakhs for 1500 - 1800 sq ft.

Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ??? Is the project approved ? What would be the price per sq ft ?

@Himani: Yes they are also giving slight negotiations as well. Yes the project is approved by CMDA. The price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,750 sq ft.

Hello Pavan, the completion date of the project will be by sep 2014. This project is located in Ayanambakkam. Ayanambakkam is a locality in the North Western portion of Chennai. It falls under the jurisdiction of Thiruverkadu. It is surrounded by Poonamallee and Maduravoyal.
