hi, thank you for the information. Please could you let me know the carpet area of a 2 BHK flat. It is not mentioned on the website.

Hey Saura, Carpet area is 74 percent of the super built up area. For eg: if you are taking an apartment of 1095 sqft the carpet area would be 825 sqft.

Is the builder providing cauvery water? How many flats are available for sale in this project?

The project offers 57 flats out of which 27 flats are available for sale with a combination of 2 and 3 bedroom apartment. They are not giving Cauvery water as Cauvery water provision is not there but bore- wells will be there for water supply.

Hey Chittranjan, What about the approvals and current rates going on in this project? How much will a 2 bhk apartment cost me?

The project is known to be approved by BDA and banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, Corporation bank and State Bank of Mysore. The rte per sqft going on is Rs 2890 and a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 40 lakhs inclusive everything.
