Hi Deepti, Since I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project recently came to know that the amenities include garden, children play area, swimming pool, 24hrs power backup, intercom, club house, security etc. Also another added attraction of the project is that in has Rain Water Harvesting.
Hello Shweta, Overall a good project with excellent amenities, conveniently located and rightly priced in the upcoming suburbs of Chakan. One can expect a good appreciation down the line in about 4-5 years from now.
Hey Sid, Got to know from the sales executive that 1 BHK comes with an area measuring 500-630 sqft and are priced at Rs. 13.39-17.10 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with 875-900 sqft area and the flat costs approx 24 lakhs which does not include registration and Govt charges. The builder is quoting Rs. 2700 as the current rate per sqft.
Hi Rahul, Heard that this is one of the ongoing projects by Kushal Landmarks builders coming up in Talegaon-Chakan Road. It is a single block apartment having 11 floors consisting of 1 and 2 BHK units. The construction of the work is in full swing and possession is likely by Dec 2015.
