Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a 2BHK property in Goodwill 24 by Choice Group? Can anybody tell me how is the locality? Is there any good school & colleges nearby locality?

The location Lohegaon is really nice. It is 5km from Pune international airport. 5km from ishrantwadi, 1km from proposed malls, 10 km from kharadi IT park, 12 km from pune railway station, 1 km from sharad pawar international school. And also the schools colleges in this location are Dr. D. Y. Patil school of engineering, Marathwada mitr mandals institute of technology, Dr. D. Y. Patil school of management, Dr. D.Y. Patll school of architecture.

From which government authority this project has got approval? As most of the project get delay due to its approval now a days? Which are the home loan issuer bankers? When can i expect for the possession date?

This is a town Planning sanctioned project and has got all the approval. Project's construction is going to start soon as it is in prelaunch phase.
One will get its possession at the end of this year i.e. December'2014. Axis,HDFC, SBI and IDBI are the leading financial institution providing home loan for this project.

Goodwill 24 by Choice Group is located at Porwal Road, Lohegaon in Pune. ThIs project offers 1/2 BHK from 625-915 sq.ft options. It is a single G+8 apartments having 2 blocks.
The current price per square feet is Rs. 4000. The few extra amenities which makes the projects uniques from others such as 2 elevators per building and two level parking.
Yes, there is a availability of few 1/2BHK for sale in PH-1.

How is the connectivity of the project? As you know that people have to face a lot of difficulties during the office hours due to traffic. Me as a service person have to cover a distance from home to office during these time. How is the transport system?

As per as this projects connectivity is concern it is just 3 mins from Visrantwadi, Pune International Airport- 5kms, Kharadi IT Park- 10kms, Sharad Pawar International School- 1 kms, Pune International Airport- 5kms and Pune Railway Station- 12kms from the project site.
I accept that people have to face a lot of difficulties specially service class in those rush hours but few infrastructural development in the locality such as roads and over bridge reduce the traffic. You will get a bus, auto ricksha and taxi from the Porwal road which lies in the close distance.
