Want to know when was this project launched and its completion date?? Which banks have approvals for loans? What is the present price they are quoting per sqft?? How is the transport and connectivity??

Hi Sankalp,
Heard that the project was started in the year Nov 2013 and expected completion date is around Sep 2016. Many leading banks like HSBC, ICICI, DHFL, HDFC and IndiaBulls have got the required loan approval for this project. Got to know that they are quoting Rs. 25900 as rate per sqft.

Hello Padma,
The apartments come with 1 and 2 BHK units. The area for 1 BHK is 960 sqft and are priced at Rs. 2.25 crore onwards. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring 1085 sqft and costs approx 2.81 crore. The prices stated does not include registration, stamp duty and other Govt charges. They will be taxed extra as applicable.

I am also equally interested in buying a flat in this project. Got in touch with the company executive and found out the prices are negotiable upto some extent.
