@Rubiya: Mylapore is one of the posh area in Chennai. It is located in the heart of the city. This is a very calm locality with cool atmosphere and less traffic. Surrounded by good avenue trees with good road and connected to surrounding areas like Alwarpet and Royapetha etc. Yes, the locality is in good demand, thus it is good for long term investments.
