Well Harmeet, Once i visited the same locality but for other project. The project lies at a distance of 1Km from Expressway and Akurdi Railway Station is 1 km from old Pune-Mumbai Expressway. It is just 2 kms from the Nigdi Station, 3.5 kms from Hinjewadi and 5 kms from talwade IT park. All the major civic amenities such as schoo/colleges, markets/malls and hospitals are within 1km radius.

Well Harmeet, Yes, the price is negotiable but only at the time of booking. If you have a good idea of bargaining the prices will reduce upto Rs 4500/sq.ft. This is a PCMC approved project and has got all the project related approvals from them. Almost all the leading bankers such as ICICI, HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance Ltd etc. are offering loan for this project. Builders can arrange 80% of the loan of the property cost.
HI Joydeep, The current price of 2BHK (965 sq.ft.) in Serrene Scapes is Rs. 4950/sq.ft. 4 buildings have already been booked. The construction work is in full pace and 70% work has been completed.
