Hi all,
I just wanted to know that they currently have permission for construction of only 9 floors for E and F Building, and they will obtain the permission for remaining floors in coming weeks" .
So, can you please let me know that do they already got the permission and if not than in how much time it is expected to get the same.

Neco Skypark by Vasupujya Corporation is strategically located at Vishal Nagar, Pimple Nilakh in Pune. It is one of the fastest upcoming Subrubs of Pune. It is a very prime locality in Pune and having good transport. It is developing area. CBSE/SSC Schools, Engineering Colleges, Banks, ATMS, Market, Garden, Day Care Centers, Bus Stops, Hospitals-all on walkable distances.
This area is one of the developing area in PCMC but the speed of development is very very slow. This area is located almost middle of the Pune and very close to Aundh, Pimple Saudagar and of course Hinjewadi. Public living in this area are mostly from Pune itself.
If anyone investing here should wait for 5-7 years for a good return.

And this project consist of amenities like Club House, Sports Facility,Kids Play Area,Swimming Pool,Gym, car parking etc. And prices are 56 lac to 83 lac, and area is near by 1000 to 1200 sq.ft. And the config plans are 2bhk and 3 bhk.

Actually i am planning to buy and had a conversation with their sales head and found that there is only 2BHK from 1075-1140 sq.ft in 2BHK, @5700/sq.ft is available for sale. Rest of 1/3BHK has been sold out.

LIc Housing Finance, HDFC, SBI, BOM etc are the leading bankers which are issuing home loans for this property. At the time of booking you have to pay 20% as a booking amount.

Neco Sky Park is ongoing project by the renowned builder Vasupujya Corporation located at Vishal Nagar, Pimple Nilakh in Pune. It offers 1/2/3 BHK but currently only 2BHK is available in 1075-1140 sq.ft, @ 5700/sq.ft i.e. 61 lacs onward. It is a G+13 storeys apartment having 6 blocks.

This project has a good connectivity with the other parts of the city Pune such as Wisdom world School- 2kms from the project sites, Hospitals- 5kms, Pune railway station- 10 kms, Pune International Airport-18 kms, Pune City Center- 3 kms. great connectivity with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
Civic Amenities such as schools/colleges, markets/malls, hospitals and hotels/resturents within 2 kms radius from the project.

The construction work has almost finished and most of the property owner get their possession as the project is in ready to move phase. Some internal works are still going on.
It is a PMC approved project and got all the approvals.
