Hi Nitin, I have visited NSG Pimple nilakh recently and found that the rates are high as compared to the area.No dought builder is good and also this project is appreciated from the launch price, but now the rate is quite high.
Thanks Hamsika for the post, I too went to the site and saw the sample flat etc. I agree with you to an extend. But Pimple Nilakh comes under PCMC not by PMC. Pimple Saudagar, Pimple Gaurav and Pimple Nilakh is a suburb of Pimpri-Chinchwad which covers an area of about 181 square kilometers.
1. Does this project has PCMC water connection approval? 2. RIver is within 500M , any legal issue in future? 3. From where i can get this project legal approval doc?

Hi Sunil, NSG Royal One by Ganesh Nanasaheb Gaiyakwad located at Pimple Nilakh Road in Wakad, Pune offers 2/3 BHK residential flats. This project has 6 towers of G+10 storied. 2 Towers have been launched and 4 towers have been yet to launched. 2BHK from 908-970 sq-ft and 3BHK from 1103-1138 sq-ft. in two towers and its current price is Rs. 5500/sq-ft for first tower and Rs. 5700/sq-ft for 2nd tower.
Booking amount will be Rs. 1-5 lacs according to customer convenient and yes the price will be negotiable.

Ur Well Come, Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project. They are giving possession of 1st tower in January'2015 and the 2nd tower is in May'2015.
Project connectivity:- Rakshak Nagar Chowk-2 kms, National Society-4 kms, Pune University-8 kms, Info Tech Park-5 kms, Parihar Chowk, Aundh-3.5 kms, Pune Railway Station-14 kms, Mumbai-Banglore Highway-3 kms etc.
Hello Sir, Where did you see that the project is approved by PMC. Even i have a confusion reading your question and called the developer and found that it is a PCMC approved project and got all the project related approvals from PCMC and has no legal issue till now.
