Guys, i visited this site.. water seems to be very sour in taste. Does not seems good for drinking purpose. Engineer there said, u could use RO purifier at ur home and make it better. Anyone else have idea on this ? Have u guyz checked how the water is.. ? Even though not drinkable, will it be good for washing vessels and clothes and bathing ? Is there any way to test this ? Please reply here and also mail to whozthis3@gmail.com if possible

@Jackie: Banks such as LIC, HDFC housing, Axis bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The expected completion date will be by dec 2014.

@Kunal: Perumbakkam is a very good locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Yes it will be good for investments as well.

Hello Alex, the units such as 2bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 37 lakhs inclusive of all. The size would be 854 - 931 sq ft. There are total of 16 blocks which has 64 apartments. 1 block has 4 houses.

@Jackie: The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,300. No, right now they are not giving any negotiations, as they have recently reduced the price. Yes the project is approved by CMDA.
