Ok....thanks... i will also like to know about the approvals and plan sanctions etc and also whcih banks have approved the project.

Hi..i do not know of any specific bank..the builder is saying that all the paperwork is in place and there will not be any problem getting loan from nationalised banks. and yes the Pune muncipal corporation has approved and passes the plans and project documnattions is complete.

Hi, the location of this project is quite good and it is near the Rajiv gandhi zoological park and wild life research centre... near to the Amba matha temple. there is good connectivity with teh pune bangalore highway close by. there are a number of schools and institutes by vishwakarma group and the bharati vidyapeeth nearby. schools like the roseland school and bharati vishwapeeth school and vishwakarma school, dental college and managemnt institutes are nearby...

sai sneh hospital javraj childrens hospital, bharathi hospital and anand hopsitals are nearby and a couple of shopping centres like Aaimata. you alaso have dominoes and punjabi dhaba nearby as well.

Well according to my talks with the builder they are planning for 2 bhk of 1100sqft and 3bhks in 1300sqft and i was advices a basci sale price of Rs5500per sqft.. so a 2 bhk will cost around Rs 60L.

Oh..ok.. and what is the construction status? Is this an under construction project or completed project?

well Joydeep, this is still in pre launch phase. the construction will commence only after Gurdi parwah festival... so hopefully in the first week of April and usually builders say atime timit of 2-3 years for project completion.
