Hi all,
can anybody will understand me the approachability of the project? Any new infrastructure development is happening in the locality? What will be the scope of appreciation?

This project is well located at Katraj-Kondhwa Road. iT is among Pune'S most recently developed residential areas, which is said to be a fast growing suburb Pune. It has good connectivity to the Pune Railway Station, Pune Airport, Swargate Bus Stand, Kalyani Nagar, Hadapsar and Deccan Gymkhana which are famous and important areas in the city.

Kondhwa has picked up significantly over the last five years, predominantly in terms of bungalow schemes and mixed schemes featuring bungalows and apartments. Kondhwa runs largely to the middle class of home buyers. Thefore the property rates is high here and 3-5 yrs of investment period will surely give you a high return.

The location of the project ideal park is like his name ideal. Because it gives all regular life need Convenience to the next hand. And also the area having colleges like VIT College ,BVP Engg & Medical College,Hospitals etc. And the project is also so simple of 2 buildings consisting of 1,2 BHK compact and luxurious flats. and also consist of 3BHK pent houses. And Locality of Katrj is too good, you will enjoy living there.

Hi lekshmi,
It offers 1/2BHK where the area of 1BHK is 531-1007 sq.ft and the 2BHK is 845-1185 sq.ft . They are quoting Rs.4900/sq.ft rate now a days.
Yes, the price is negotiable and if you are a good bargainer you can bargain upto Rs.4500/sq.ft which is not a bad deal and will suit your budget as well.
This project is in ready to move phase and most of the property owners are enjoying their stay in Ideal Park.

It is located katraj- Kondhwa Road. It has close proximity to the shatrunjay Mandir Educational Institute, Vit College, BVP Engineering & Medical College, Very close to Pune- Satara Main Road, DPS School, Jain Temple, Katraj, Katraj Bus Terminal, rajiv gandhi Zoo Park and and Bengaluru- Mumbai Bypass . all the basic amenities such as school, markets, hospitals, bus stand etc. are with 3-5 kilometers radius.
