Would like to go for a site visit? Is any facility available for site visit? Anybody there to help me out. Your immediate reply will be truly appreciated.

Hi,
The Site Visit facility is totally free of cost. No money has to be paid to the cab driver. Site Visit can be booked for any day in the week. Cab can be booked only between 9 am to 4:30 pm . Minimum time between booking a Site Visit and the pick-up time has to be 3 hours . Pick up point & drop point by the cab driver will be same and cannot be changed. Site Visit can be booked by writing to sitevisit@commonfloor.com or calling 1800180180180 or by checking box (I am interested in Site Visit) on commonfloor project page enquiry form.

Hey Vineet,
Can anybody let me know what is the present rate they are charging per sqft? Have they tie up with any banks for providing loans? If yes then which are the banks granting loans. Kindly reply.

In fact they are quoting Rs. 16500 as the current rate per sqft. The project has been approved by several leading banks like HDFC, ICICI, LIC Housing Finance, Axis bank. These banks are providing loans for this project.

Hello Praveen,
Came to know that the flats have only 2 BHK units which has an area measuring about 1250 sqft and are priced at Rs. 2.60 crore onwards. When spoke with one of the sales executive he said that the possession is most likely by March 2016.

Glad to know that you have selected one of the best projects in town. It is one of the posh apartments coming up in Bandra east. I heard that the apartments come with world class amenities such as swimming pool, club house, gym with latest equipments, WiFi connectivity, security, 100% power backup, children play area and many other international features which also includes podium car parking.
