This is one of the most pathetic and disgusting projects I have come across.
I work in an IT sector, so me and my colleagues have really seen good number of projects throughout Pune but trust me Sai Buidcon is the worst builder and there projects are also not worth it.
They promise "n" number of things but fail to fulfil even a single promise.
Majority of their earning come from Black Money that they take from the customers and Delayed Possession.

This project basically located on Pune-Nagar Road Highway touch at wagholi. This area is in developing phase. Sai Builders are one of the reputed builders coming up with several projects in Pune, The residential complex is just 3.4 kms from airport, 8 kms from railway station and is about radius of 10 kms from MG Road, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon Park. Basic necessities are within i km radius. It seems to be a good locality to buy or invest in as it is becoming hot property destination in this part of the city now a days. So, you can go ahead.

At time of booking 20% down payment has to be made and rest of the amount after the project is completed and taking possession. They are also providing home loan facilities.

Do you have any updates of the possession date? Which are the loan issuer bankers? Can i get a home loan for this project with my existing bank? Under which Municipal Corporation does it exist?

Hey Vasanth,
This project comes under Gram Panchayat and has got all the project linked approvals as well as bank approval. SBI, LIC, HDFC, ICICI etc. are the leading home loan provider banks.
Yes, You can get home loan from your existing bank as well.
The expected date of possession will be around November'2014.

Sai Mangal is a good project by Sai Builders located at Wagholi in Pune. It is a industrial belt as well as a residential area in Pune. It is a G+7 apartments, offers 1BHK in 371-510 sq.ft and 2BHK in 874-884 sq.ft, @ 3800/sqft. Currently all the flats in 1BHK has been sold out and only two units in 2BHK is available for booking. Price including all charges for 2BHK is Rs.40 lacs.
