Q: Hi, i am planning to buy 2BHK property in Sai Aangan? Can anybody tell me what are the options available in it as well as the price per square feet?

Do you know the booking amount and the construction updates as well? When are they giving possession for tthis property?

Hi all,
You have to pay 20% as a booking amount of the cost and the construction work is under progress. The expected date of possesion will be around March'2015.

Which are the loan providing bankers and i also want to know if all the paper work and sanctions are in complete? Can i get the name of the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat where the plan was sanctioned?
