See noting is true in these day, lots of builders these day altering project plan frequently. You have to verify yourself before investing like for water supply check all doc in builder offices and also check from PCMC offices regarding the same. Now for negotiation, it is up to you how you can tackle the builder concerned person. Usually builder gives discounts of 2 to 5 % in overall BSP but while negotiation process ask for discount.

Hi Vinu, This project has excellent connectivity from the other parts of the city because it is on road project and near by connectivity such as Hinjewadi Highway is 80mtrs, Hinjewadi IT Park - 1 km, Aundh -2 kms, Pune University - 5 kms, civic facilities like school/colleges, market/malls, hospitals are within 1 km from the project site.

Sure......Vasanth, Few are the basic amenities are Club House, garden, piped gas, children play area, ample parking, 24 hours power supply, round the clock security, fire fighting arrangements etc. Currently the project is in construction phase. It is a G+11 storeys flats and 168 units under 4 blocks are going to be constructed. Yes, sample flats are ready at site and the current price is Rs. 5200/sqft
This project is located in wakad, This is under construction project. Having 168 total units, 2 bhk apartment with 1011 sq.ft - 1095 sq.ft area. And cost is approximately 55 Lac to 60 Lac depends on the area you take.
