Looks like to be a good project. It is definitely worth purchasing a 2 BHK measuring 955 sqft for this price. Since the flats come with vasthu complaint features, convenience shopping centers, eco-friendly environment, walking distance from proposed metro station, excellent connectivity through Greater Noida Expressway, few kms from Buddh International circuit, Greater Noida Cricket stadium and few kms from upcoming night safari. I think it is worth buying 2 BHK at this price as there are chances that prices may tend to go up further after the elections.
