Hi Ashish,
Does the apartment have any 1 BHK and what is the price they are charging for the same? What is the present rate they are quoting per sqft?
Anuj Gupta

Hi Anuj,
Came to know that the flats has 1 and 2 BHK units. Since your requirement is for 1 BHK the area for 1 BHK comes to about 550 sqft and the price starts from 65-70 lakhs onwards. This does not include the registration and stamp duty charges. The price they are quoting per sqft is Rs. 12000.

Hi Ravi,
Heard that the project was being launched in the year Oct 2013 and possession is most likely by Dec 2015. Amenities given by the builder include health club with gym, cafe, steam and sauna, pristine swimming pool, jogging track, tennis court, 24 hrs water, 100% power back up and 24/7 security.

Hi Sandeep,
Heard that several leading banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, DHFL, Can Fin Home finance have approved loan for this project. You can approach one of these banks to avail home loan for buying the property. You can check the interest rate which are charged by different banks and you can either go for fixed or floating home loan as per your convenience.

Hey Suresh,
Strategically situated on the Link road, it is well-connected & easily accessible from both South and North Mumbai. With major shopping malls & educational institutions in close proximity, it is a perfect place to house your dreams in.

Hi Sunil,
One can easily take the local trains from Jogeshwari station which is hardly 8-10 minutes from the project. Bus services are also available in plenty from Jogeshwari going towards various routes across Mumbai. Other modes of public transport include taxis and autos. In fact very well networked by road as well as rail.
