Hey It is a very nice locality to live with all basic facilities. Good connectivity to the rest of Tamil Nadu. Good place to stay for professionals who are working in and around Perungalathur, Sholinganallur etc.

What is the current price per sq ft ?? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ? When can I expect the completion date of the project ?

@Balwindet: The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,990. Bank such as SBI, HDFC, Axis, ICICI bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The completion date will be by june 2015.

Hello Priya, the project is approved by CMDA. The project is located in Perungalathur. It is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Guys can anyone tell me about the price range ?? What is the price range for 2bhk ? I am planning to buy a property here. Are they giving any negotiations ?

@Himani: The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 40 lakhs onwards for 556 - 963 sq ft. The price are fixed, right now they are not giving any negotiations.
