This area is under developing phase. It will become one of the promising location once it developed. It has some Special Economic Zone promoted by the MIDL. It is known as a automobile hub. All automobile is located or shifting to Chakan. Schools, banks, ATM, markets and hospitals are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Heard that this is one of the ongoing projects by Chintamani Constructions coming up in Sikarpur Road -Chakan . It is a 4 blockflats having 6 floors consisting of 1 and 2 BHK units. The construction of the work is in full swing and possession is likely by Dec 2014.

Well Lekshmi,
It comes under Town planning and got approval by them. Almost all the leading financial institutions and centralize banks are issuing loan for the project.
