Hello Deeya, you are right this project is by the reputed supertech. although they are facing some criticism , but the name still does command a certain status still... this is a integrated township on 51 acres of area and has a range o f facilities on offer.... i think you can get a 2 bhk on the upper floors in the range of 25 L -30L.

Well deeya, since this is a township with many tower you can go for the construction linked plans aswell in the towers that are under construction. 2 towers are almost ready for possession say in another 2-3 months... inventories are available in all towers.
yea yea.. they have the required permission from the meerut authority and yes allmajor private and nationalised banks like ICICI, HDFC,LIC,PNB are funding upto 80% of the amount depending on individual salaryand other criterion.
