The rate per sqft going on in this project ranges from Rs 2550 to Rs 3150. The project offers 1,2,3 and 4 bhk apartments with area of which range between 598 Sq. Ft. to 2185 Sq. Ft.

Payment plan: 1) At the time of booking you have to pay 10% of the booking amount
2) Within 60 days from the date of booking 85% of the total cost
3) On offer of possession 5% of the total cost

Hi Hritwik, this is an integrated township with commercial space at the entrance and all daily needs commodities will be available inside the campus. talks are ongoing for hospitals and schools in the complex . there is play areas and boating area etc etc.. Cafe coffee day nad bank of maharashtra are already functional in the complex.

Hello Deeya, you are right this project is by the reputed supertech. although they are facing some criticism , but the name still does command a certain status still... this is a integrated township on 51 acres of area and has a range o f facilities on offer.... i think you can get a 2 bhk on the upper floors in the range of 25 L -30L.

oh...ok... so is this project completed or under construction as i was looking for under construction property to avail the construction linked payment plans

Well deeya, since this is a township with many tower you can go for the construction linked plans aswell in the towers that are under construction. 2 towers are almost ready for possession say in another 2-3 months... inventories are available in all towers.

yea yea.. they have the required permission from the meerut authority and yes allmajor private and nationalised banks like ICICI, HDFC,LIC,PNB are funding upto 80% of the amount depending on individual salaryand other criterion.
