Yea Sunil you are right this project is located around 300 m away from the Shubharti university and is in a quite locality with many other institutes like the MIT and The Millenuim school etc.... the project is in soft launch phase and on plan is a 18 floor tower that will the tallest in Meerut.

well as far as i know the construction work will start in another 15-20 days and planned and 2 and 3 BHks... from 850sqft to 1120 sqft. and at basic price of Rs 2260 on wards depending on the floor..

well all papers are in place and approvals to have come from MDA. banks like corporation bank, allahabad bank, PNB, ICICI, HDFC have approved for upto 80% loan amount..

Well this project is on the delhi- haridwar highway and the meerut city railway station is just 4 kms away . There is high rentals expected here because of the presence of many educational institutions. moreover this is planned as a complete township with 3 star club, multi plex and mall as well as swimming pool and commercial areas within the campus.
