This is PMC approved project and almost all the centralize banks are funding this project.

Yes, they have the completion certificate. It is a G+4 storey apartments and only 3 units in 2BHK, 1100 sqft, @ Rs. 5500/sqft is available for booking with no VAT and Service Tax.

Warje is one of the fastest upcoming Subrubs of Pune. It is a very prime locality in Pune and having good transport. Good connectivity to Mumbai-Kolhapur-Bangalore through NH-4. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. It is developing area. Banks, ATMS, Market, Garden, CBSE/SSC Schools, Engineering Colleges, Day Care Centers, Bus Stops, Hospitals-all on walkable distances.
