As far as I know there will be 494 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments. The amenities provided in this project are: bamboo garden, designer fountain, elder's walkway and park, netted cricket pitch, open lawn, tree lined driveway and much more. :) :)

The project is very well connected. Hessarghatta Metro Station is just 0.5 kms, Yeshwanthpur Railway station is around 7 kms, Jalahalli Cross is 2kms, NICE corridor is 3 kms and International Airport 35 kms

Hey Kailesh, The project was launched in February 2012 and they are planning to give the possession by end of this year ( 2014). There are 3 bhk apartments available for sale and the price starts from Rs 69 lakhs plus registrations.

The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3250. GM Daffodils has been approved by BBMP and banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI, Canara, Bank of Baroda, LIC housing Finance, Kotak, Corporation and Standard Charter bank. Yes they are going to provide A Khata for this property.
