The area of the apartment ranges from 1264 sqft to 1607 sqft. Yes the project is ready to move in and the price of the apartment starts at Rs 72.78 lakhs.

How is Thanisandra Main road as a locality? Can I expect good appreciation?

The northern zone of Bangalore has been glittering with growth and development as Thanisandra witnesses steadfast property values. Close to Outer Ring Road, the locality can be easily accessed from the Nagavara Circle. With hospitals, educational institutes and commercial complexes at a walking distance, the locality climbs up the list of most preferred localities without much effort.

This props up the market for better capital appreciation and feasible rental returns. How many blocks are there in this project and what is the booking amount they are asking for? How far is it from Manyata Tech Park?

There will be two blocks in Vajram Essenza. Rs 2 lakhs is what they are charging as the booking amount. The project is around 4 kms from Manyata Tech Park on Thanisandra Main road, next to Sobha City. They are sharing the same common wall.

The builder of this project is not so well known or reputed but looking at their location (next to shobha city), construction plans and quality, they looks to be good. :) :)

When is the project getting completed and how much is the rate per sqft going on? Are they negotiating? Which financial institutions providing loan for the same?

The project will be completed by 2014 end and they will be handing over the project by March 2015. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 4350 and banks like HDFC, SBI, LIC and Axis has approved the project. They are slightly negotiating on the price they are quoting.

Vajram Essenza is an ongoing project. The price of 2 bedroom apartment starts from Rs 61.5 lakhs on ward and the project has been approved by BBMP.
