Do not have hope. We were one of first buyers in early 2016 and still paying off EMI without any possession . Struggling to get this settled as the promoter Citrus Venture and Builder Manar have parted ways due to differences.
What is the current status of the project.Builder is confirming delivery by June 2018.But nothing progressed much. Is there in water and electricity issue in the area? How is the drainage system. As its villa project & if drainage is a problem and if its lowland all families will get impacted due to water accumulation.Any buyer of this project if aware kindly respond
@Selva, Both the projects are good but choices differs from person to person. I personally prefer Pure Earth because the project is close to schools, hospitals and corporate offices.
