I am interested in this project and want to know what is the rate they are quoiting for the plots.

As far as I know the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1600 and Rs 1550 per sqft for odd sites. They are taking Rs 50,000 as the booking amount. Banks like LIC, HDFC and DHFL are providing 75% home loan for this project.

Hi Govindarajan, the project offers all the basic amenities like club house, swimming pool, play area, garden etc. After 200-300 mts there is Attibele Town where you will get all the basic and daily needs.
