Thanks Rohit,
But the booking amount is too much comparision to other projects in this locality. They are charging 2 lacs for 1 BHK and 4 lacs for 2/3 BHK. Can you tell me when are they giving possession?

You are absolutely right but the booking amounts depends on the developer and the amounts of work have completed by the developer. The possession date will be May'2016.
