What are the amenities provided by the developer in the project Spring Town-2?

Hi Sunil,
Basic Amenities- Inverter backup for all flats, landscape garden, generator backup for each common areas, basket ball court, video door phone, childs play area, gas pipe line, senior citizen sit out, club house with gymnazium, kids pool, party lawn, rain water harvesting, jogging track, multi purpose hall etc.

Location advantages of Spring Town Ph-2:- Bishop School- 5 mins, Railway Station- 30 mins, Euro school- 5 mins, M.G. Road/Camp- 25 mins, DPS- 3 mins, Iskon Temple- 5 mins, NIBM Road- 10 mins, Hadapsar/Magarpatta- 20 mins etc.
