DLF Westend Heights, BTM Bangalore

Q: Hi ,

I am looking to buy apartments in DLF westend heights, BTM bangalore. Is this a good buy? I see people have concerns about the legality of the project. Is it approved by BBMP and A katha, OC,etc. Is all the legal aspects safe? How is this project considered for Investements and livability?

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP. The project is good and it is by one of the reputed builder. The project is in close proximity to BTM Extension. Within distance Between 30km to 40KM from the project we have Kempagowda International Airport, within 5km to 10KM from the project City Railway Station is there. Nearest Hospital like Appollo and Fortis are within a distance of 2 kms to 5 kms.
