Airports typically act as triggers of development in any metropolis. Mumbai for example- Vile parle, Santa cruz neighbourhoods are the prime real estates.
In NCR- Gurgaon and Vasant kunj are classic examples.
Yes noice would be an issue but the real estate price appreciation would outweigh the minor irritants.

The project is 20 kms from Hebbal Flyover, on NH 7 and before KIAL. I do not think you will have a problem at the day time but yeah at night there will be noise of planes taking off and landing :( :(
