Guys Perumbakkam has good bus access and it covers basics such as schools, hospitals, grocery shops. Water is good and no water stagnant problem, and new roads were deployed recently. Very near to OMR & Vealchery which is becoming the heart the city now. Very near to IT Park good place.

@Supratim: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be around Rs 22 lakhs for 557 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be 40 lakhs for 1015 sq ft, for 3bhk for 1180 sq ft which is sold out currently.

Hello Shyam, the project is located in Perumbakkam. It is a very calm locality in Chennai. All amenities are available nearby. Very close to the IT HUB. Good water and good public transport available. Has good schools nearby like BVM Global School and PSPB Mellinium School. All the facilities are available near to this locality.
