Latest Answer: Guys Perumbakkam has good bus access and it covers basics such as schools, hospitals, grocery shops. Water is good and no water stagnant problem, and new roads were deployed recently. Very near to OMR & Vealchery which is becoming the heart the city now. Very near to IT Park good place.
