Guys ot has good connectivity as well. There are direct buses from Polichalur to Hastinapuram, Pallavaram and Guduvanchery. It can be reached through Pammal, Tharapakkam and Kolapakkam.

Hello Viswanathan, this peoject is located in Maruthi Street, Sri Lakshminarayanan Nagar, Pozhichalur. Polichalur is in the Kanchipuram district. It is a census town which is a suburb of Chennai, and it is famous for the Shaneeshawara Bhagavan temple. It is along the road that connects Poonamalle and Pallavaram

@Pranab: The expected date of the project will be by dec 2014. Banks such as Axis, LIC, SBI, ICICI, HDFC home loans have approval in this project.
