Hey can anyone tell me what is the current price per sq ft ?? How much is the price for 2bhk ?

@Himani: The current price per sq ft is around Rs 3,300. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 35 lakhs onwards for 728 - 895 sq ft.

Hello Sundar, banks such as HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd , State Bank of India , IDBI Bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The expected completion date will be by aug 2015.
