Q: Has anyone heard about this project. I need some feedback about the builder as I have not heard about them earlier.

Thank you so much for the quick and prompt replies. One more thing I want to know is will there be Cauvery Water connection in this project.

No for the time being Cauvery Water connection is not there but they have applied for the provision. There will be two bore- wells for 40 apartments.

What size of apartments are available in this project? When did they launch the project and when is the possession? Any idea about A Khata.

Star Gold AR Orchid Spring offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 965 sqft to 1358 sqft. The project was launched four months back and the estimated possession is by mid 2015. Yes they will be giving A Khata for this property.

What is the rate per sqft going on? Has the project got all the necessary approvals?

As far as I know the current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000 and price is slightly negotiable. BBMP and banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance and Axis has approved the project.
